All prices quoted are in U.S Dollars.

· How to order

Orders may be placed online, by email or by fax

· International Payment options

Credit cards are accepted using the online Paypal secure web site. Wire transfer or Business Cheque, prior to despatch of order.

· Australian Payment options

Wire transfer or Business Cheque or in person prior to despatch of order.

· Freight & Delivery

All goods are delivered and insured by United Parcel Service (UPS). Delivery charges are quoted at the time of order and payable by the customer.

Domestic freight & delivery is negotiable.

· International despatch & duties

Goods will be despatched on receipt of payment. Duties are payable by the customer in accordance to your country’s laws & regulations.

· Delivery time

Is approximately 6 weeks from date of order.

· Warranty

Cerra Modelling tools have a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty under normal modelling use.

· All goods & products remain the property of Cerra Design until payment is received.

· Cerra Modelling Tools are a registered design & are patent pending. It is acknowledged that if the patent agreement is breached, Cerra Design will take legal action in accordance with the laws of Australia.
